The first one, vcredist_IA64.exe, would not install. What is the ATL update? From the link you posted, I installed both 32bit and 64bit versions and updated DirectX as well. Zmodeler will need the 32-bit version even on a 64 bit system, so vcredist_x86.exe is the correct choice.
